1. Download the ˇ°CD-1.04p4.zipˇ± file from website.
2. Unzip the file to your PC.
3. Execute the ˇ°USTOR_Server_Setup.exeˇ± file and follow the wizard.

- by using web browser
1. Download the ˇ°upgrade.tar.gz_Ver1.09p4.zipˇ± file from website.
2. Unzip the file in your PC by using uncompress program
(such as winzip, winrar etc.) to get the ˇ°upgrade.tar.gzˇ± file.
3. Login to U-Stor NHD-355 through web browser from PC connected to NHD-355.
(ID: root PW: admin)
4. Move to the ˇ°Software Maintenanceˇ± -> ˇ°Software upgradeˇ± menu.
5. Select the ˇ°upgrade.tar.gzˇ± file and press the ˇ°upgradeˇ± button.

- by using telnet
1. Download the ˇ°upgrade.tar.gz_Ver1.09p4.zipˇ± file from website.
2. Unzip the file in your PC by using uncompress program
(such as winzip, winrar etc.) to get the ˇ°upgrade.tar.gzˇ± file.
3. Upload the file to the your account by using either web browser or the FTP client program.
example : your account is sarotech.
Please use your account instead of sarotech in your case.
4. Using Start->Run in the PC ,
input either cmd.exe(WindowsXP) or command.exe (Win98/Win2000/WinNT) and run it to get the dos prompt.
Or you can run dos prompt.
5. In the dos prompt, input this like to login through telnet as root account.
telnet NHD-355_IP_Address
6. copy the uploaded file to /home folder
#cp /home/sarotech/ftproot/private/upgrade.tar.gz /home
(Please use your account instead of sarotech in your case.)
7. execute this command
# /home/_USTOR/ustor/ustor_backup.sh
#/home/_USTOR/ustor/ustor_upgrade.sh
1. Download the ˇ°firmware.gz_Ver1.05.zipˇ± file from website.
2. Unzip the file in your PC by using uncompress program
(such as winzip, winrar etc.) to get the ˇ°firmware.tar.gzˇ± file.
3. Upload the file to the your account by using either web browser or the FTP client program.
example : your account is sarotech.
Please use your account instead of sarotech in your case.
4. Using Start->Run in the PC , input either cmd.exe(WindowsXP) or command.exe(Win98/Win2000/WinNT)
and run it to get the dos prompt.

5. In the dos prompt,
input this like to login through telnet as root account.

6. change the uploaded folder
#cd /home/sarotech/ftproot/private
(example: the sarotech account.

7. copy the uploaded file to /home folder
#cp firmware.tar.gz /home/
8. execute this script.(Check whether your application Version is 1.06 later)
#/etc/DATA/FirmwareUpgrade.sh
